Copenhagen hosts free theatre tours and cultural festivals

Various cultural events and free theatre performances are scheduled across the Copenhagen area.

Det Lille Teater is conducting a tour featuring the production ‘Arnarulunnguaq – den store lille kvinde’. This puppet show, based on the true story of a Greenlandic woman, will be performed at the Tingbjerg Library and Culture House from August 19 to 23. The performances are free and suitable for children aged four and up, followed by a puppet workshop.

Additionally, the Valby Days festival will take place from August 28 to 30, offering free theatre and performing arts. Highlights include the children's play ‘Pølse!’ produced by Akkord Teater, and ‘DE RØDE LØBERE’, an interactive street theatre and new circus performance by Kompagni 47. A preview event for the satire group MAGT is also scheduled for August 27.
