Cozre Inc. report shows rising AI use among mothers
Cozre Inc. has released a research report detailing changes in information-gathering behaviors among mothers between 2025 and 2026. The study indicates that approximately 28% of pregnant women and mothers of infants now utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for information. However, AI is not replacing social media; instead, it serves as a supplementary tool, with only about 3% of respondents viewing AI as their most reliable source of information.
Social media remains a dominant force, with Instagram usage rising from approximately 86% to 92%. Word-of-mouth on social media continues to be the most important source for parenting information (60%) and childcare products (62%). Notably, there has been a shift in how reviews are consumed, with an increase in the importance placed on negative feedback, which rose from 52% to 60%, suggesting that users increasingly use reviews to assess potential risks.
