CP Radhakrishnan to undertake two-day visit to Tamil Nadu

Vice President CP Radhakrishnan is scheduled for a two-day visit to Tamil Nadu on August 16 and 17. The itinerary includes participation in various academic, commemorative, and literary events across the districts of Chennai, Chengalpattu, Thiruvarur, and Thanjavur.

On August 16, the Vice President will attend the 22nd Convocation of the SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) in Chengalpattu. He is also slated to attend the first death anniversary function of former Governor La Ganesan in Chennai, as well as a book release for ‘Echoes of a Nationalist Mind’ at DG Vaishnava College.

On August 17, Radhakrishnan will travel to Thiruvarur for the 11th Convocation of the Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN). During this event, he is expected to confer gold medals on top-ranking students. The visit will conclude with his participation in the Ruby and Silver Jubilee Valedictory Celebrations at SASTRA Deemed University in Thanjavur.
