Craig Streeter missing in Adirondacks after RV found unattended
New York State Police and Forest Rangers are conducting a search for Craig Streeter, a 73-year-old man from Mahopac, who has gone missing in the Adirondacks.
Streeter’s recreational vehicle was discovered unattended at campsite 36 off Moose River Road in the town of Inlet. Authorities report that Streeter was last seen on August 2 at a Stewart’s Shop in Indian Lake, wearing a dark long-sleeve shirt and jeans.
Police noted that Streeter frequently traveled to remote camping areas and often went out of contact for periods of time due to his lifestyle. Officials are asking anyone who may have seen him, particularly those traveling near Moose River Road, to contact the New York State Police.
