Córdoba, Argentina rolls out digital platform and online‑store workshop for entrepreneurs

On 18 June the Agencia de Desarrollo Empresarial (ADE) organised a free three‑hour workshop called “Create your online store in a day” at the Galpón “G” on the Paseo Costanero. The hands‑on session guided local entrepreneurs, merchants and small businesses through the Empretienda platform, covering store configuration, design, social‑media integration, product upload, payment methods, shipping and promotions. Participants left the session with a functional online shop ready to receive orders.

Earlier in the year the provincial government’s Córdoba Emprendedora programme hosted Emprende Day, attracting more than 5 000 entrepreneurs to the Córdoba Convention Centre. The event combined training, networking and the official launch of the Plataforma Córdoba Emprendedora, a digital portal that centralises access to courses, mentorship, calls for funding and a free business directory, aiming to strengthen the province’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
