Córdoba Government paid over 64 million pesos to firm linked to Fernando Cerimedo

The Government of Córdoba, led by Governor Martín Llaryora, has paid at least 64.7 million pesos to Madero Media Group during 2026. The company is closely linked to digital consultant Fernando Cerimedo, who was recently detained in Bolivia on suspicion of attempting to murder his former partner and lawyer, Nadia Beller.

According to provincial transparency records, the payments were distributed across three official entities: the Ministry of Communication, General Administration Expenses, and the Córdoba Turismo agency. The agency alone recorded at least six disbursements between 2.5 million and 10 million pesos each. These 2026 payments follow an additional 51.6 million pesos paid to the same firm during 2025.

Madero Media Group is the holding company behind the media outlet La Derecha Diario. Following Cerimedo’s arrest, the portal announced a total dissociation from him, though specific details regarding the nature of the services provided by the firm to the provincial government remain undisclosed. Neither provincial agencies nor legal representatives for the company have clarified the specific tasks or services performed under these contracts.
