Córdoba municipalities pave new streets in San Francisco and Los Flores

The municipality of San Francisco, led by Mayor Damián Bernarte, opened a newly paved 100‑metre section of Castro Barros street between Lamadrid and Chaco, using 170 m³ of concrete. The work is part of a 20,000‑square‑metre historic‑neighbourhood paving plan that is 30 % complete and slated for finish within ten months.

In the Los Flores neighbourhood, Mayor Norma Fuentes and officials inaugurated additional paved blocks on Las Moras street between Las Acacias and Víctor Alcorta. The segment is among more than 320 blocks paved city‑wide this year and includes new curb‑side drainage to direct rainwater to existing sewers. Officials highlighted the collaboration with residents and noted that 80 % of municipal lighting has been converted to LED technology.
