Córdoba province showcases its gastronomy at Buenos Aires' Caminos y Sabores fair

From July 9 to 12, the Argentine province of Córdoba participated in the Caminos y Sabores food and tourism fair held at the BA Ferial venue in Buenos Aires. The provincial tourism agency organized tastings, wine and cheese routes, live cooking and audiovisual displays to promote Córdoba’s regional products and attract visitors year‑round. About 26 local agro‑food SMEs were present, supported by the provincial Ministry of Bio‑agroindustry, highlighting the link between production, cuisine and tourism.

The event aimed to raise Córdoba’s profile as a gastronomic destination, encouraging travellers to explore the province’s valleys and culinary corridors beyond the fair.
