Crimson Desert receives Patch 1.16 Overhauling Trade and Stability

Pearl Abyss has released Patch 1.16.0 for the MMORPG Crimson Desert. The update revamps the game’s trade system, adding 133 new commercial outposts, new merchants such as the one in Pailune, and a dynamic pricing model that lowers values when markets become saturated. Prices at the royal trade posts have been quadrupled, and a new Trade tab on the world map shows routes, real‑time prices and filters for specific goods.

The patch also expands banking features with a Claim Bank Strongbox and a bond shop where players can exchange bonds for rare items. Technical improvements include support for AMD FSR 2.3.0 and 4.1 upscaling, reduced flickering, and numerous bug fixes covering quests, combat, and inventory handling.
