Cristina Virga crowned Miss Roma 2026, heads to Miss Italia finals
Cristina Virga, a 22‑year‑old mother from Ladispoli, was elected Miss Roma 2026 at the final held on 26 July in Zagarolo. The win entitles her to compete in the national Miss Italia pre‑finals, representing Rome. Virga, who works as an aesthetician and cares for her two‑year‑old son Damiano, said the victory is a step toward her ambition of becoming an actress, citing Cameron Diaz as an inspiration.
Having moved from Ladispoli to the Monteverde district of Rome a year ago, Virga balanced motherhood, work and pageant preparation, impressing judges with her natural elegance and confidence on the runway.
