CRIT Teletón provides disability services and fundraising in Mexico

The Teletón Foundation, through its Rehabilitation and Child Inclusion Center (CRIT), has conducted specialized medical and fundraising activities in various Mexican regions to support people with disabilities.

In Los Cabos, Sol Delgado Moreno, honorary president of the Municipal DIF, led the formal closing of the 2026 Teletón collection. The initiative involved municipal authorities and public servants collecting donations in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. These funds are intended to maintain specialized neurological, physical, and occupational rehabilitation therapies for children and adolescents at the CRIT Baja California Sur facility.

In Puerto Morelos, a two-day medical outreach program in the Leona Vicario delegation provided 340 specialized services. Organized by the DIF Puerto Morelos and CRIT Teletón, the sessions included services in psychology, psychiatry, nursing, speech therapy, genetics, and nutrition. The program aims to bring specialized healthcare closer to families and improve the quality of life for residents with disabilities.
