Unstable weather expected across Croatia and Serbia this week

Meteorologists warn that the next several days will bring unstable weather across Croatia. Showers and thunderstorms are forecast for the interior and northern Adriatic coast, with occasional heavier downpours and lightning on Friday and over the weekend. Temperatures will stay between 13 °C and 33 °C, with daytime highs generally above 27 °C in the south and coastal areas.

A similar pattern is forecast for Serbia, where brief rain and localized thunderstorms are expected in the northern, central and southwestern mountain regions, especially around midday. Evening will see clearing. Temperatures will range from 13 °C to 32 °C, with the warmest areas reaching the low‑30s. A yellow weather alarm has been issued for high temperatures and possible thunderstorms in several districts.
