Croatia expands affordable housing projects near Zagreb

Croatia is advancing several affordable housing projects near Zagreb to increase the supply of accessible living spaces. In Resnik, located in eastern Zagreb, the state has transferred land valued at over 8 million euros to the Agency for Legal Transactions and Real Estate Brokerage (APN). This site is designated for the construction of 30 residential buildings containing a total of 240 affordable housing units, a project intended to be completed within four years.

In nearby Dugoj Resa, located in Karlovac County, construction is set to begin on October 1 for a multi-story building featuring 25 apartments under the POS program. The project, managed by APN and executed by Eurokamen, will consist of four floors and include 50 outdoor parking spaces. The construction period is estimated at 365 days.
