Croatia Offers Ten‑Year Leases for Business Spaces in Osijek, Našice and Slavonski Brod

The Croatian State Property Agency announced a summer tender for the lease of 40 commercial premises across 14 cities. Among the offerings are business spaces in Osijek, Našice and Slavonski Brod, each rented for a ten‑year term. Tenants receive the first month rent‑free to allow fit‑out work, and all activities permitted by law are allowed except accommodation services.

Initial monthly rents start at €8.28 for a garage and go up to €1 500.60 for the largest space in Zagreb. Offers must be submitted by 12:00 CET on 18 September, with public opening of the bids scheduled for 13:00 the same day at the agency’s Zagreb offices.
