Croatia to host WRC Rally in 2027, with talks for extension to 2030

Organizers of the WRC Croatia Rally have announced that the World Rally Championship will return to Croatia in April 2027. Discussions are currently underway with the WRC Promoter, the FIA, and the Croatian government to extend the event's presence in the country through 2030.

The rally has established a reputation for its challenging asphalt roads and unpredictable weather conditions, often resulting in competitive finishes decided by mere seconds. Daniel Šaškin, president of the WRC Croatia Rally Organizing Committee, stated that the goal is for Croatia to remain a long-term member of the WRC family, using the global platform to promote the nation.
