Croatian cities stage summer cinema with documentary and horror film

In Sisak, the Cultural Summer KKVa program presents a series of five film evenings on the Summer Stage of the Theatre. On Wednesday, 29 July, the lineup includes the documentary Keltska utopija, which explores the contemporary Irish music scene, young artists, and the blend of traditional Celtic sounds with modern expression. The event is paired with a planetarium session featuring a full‑moon observation and a telescopic view of the Moon.

In Zadar, the summer cinema schedule for Tuesday, 28 August, features the psychological horror Heretik. The film stars Hugh Grant as a charming yet manipulative host who entraps two young missionaries in a tense debate about faith, doubt and belief. The screening is part of Zadar’s open‑air summer cinema series.
