Croatian music scene announces autumn concert programs
The Croatian music scene is preparing for a diverse autumn concert season, highlighted by new programming at Pogon kulture in Rijeka and the Rock&Off tour.
Pogon kulture, which recently underwent renovations increasing its capacity to 700 visitors, will host several events starting in late September. The schedule includes a celebration by the Rijeka group The Romans on September 25, a tribute to Đorđe Balašević by the band Kao rani mraz on September 26, and a performance by Kuzma and Shaka Zulu on November 3 in collaboration with the Student Union.
Additionally, the Rock&Off tour continues its mission to promote domestic alternative music. On September 19, the tour will visit Zadar featuring Smrdljivi Martini and Gradske Bitange. Smrdljivi Martini, a Zagreb-based band, was previously nominated for a Porin award for New Performer of the Year and has gained recognition through various regional festivals.
