60‑year‑old man arrested after kidnapping girl in Leskovac, Croatia

A 60‑year‑old suspect abducted a minor girl in the Leskovac neighbourhood of Obrada Lučića on Tuesday at around 13:00. According to police, the man forced the child into his car, locked the doors and drove a short distance to his house. The girl escaped by fleeing to a neighbour’s yard and calling for help, prompting a large‑scale police search that blocked the settlement. Within hours the suspect was located, detained and taken into custody.
