Croatia's August film festivals roll out new movies and animated shows

Kino Slatina in Zagreb will host a weekend program from 7 to 9 August 2026 featuring four new screenings. The line‑up includes the animated adventure Dino Adventure, the action‑adventure Spider‑Man: New Age (12+), and the family comedy Kids & Monsters, each priced at €5.

The RAFF (Raf Film Festival) will take place in Rab from 22 to 26 August, opening with the Belgian football thriller Heysel 85. The competition program presents twelve films, among them seven Croatian premieres, spanning documentaries, dramas and thrillers. An educational segment for primary‑school children and a series of talks on journalism and film are also scheduled.
