Croce Azzurra ODV launches 32‑hour volunteer social support course in Como

Croce Azzurra ODV, in partnership with Enaip Lombardia, will begin a new 32‑hour training programme for social volunteers in Como in June. The course is split into two 16‑hour modules: one on the psychology of relationships and effective communication, and a second on Simple Medical Transport (TSS).

The first module focuses on active listening, emotional management and building authentic relationships with vulnerable individuals. The second module teaches practical skills for safe transport of assisted persons, emergency response and the use of various medical transport means. Participants must complete a supervised internship to obtain the qualification of Addetto al servizio di Trasporto Sanitario Semplice. The training will be held at Croce Azzurra’s Como office (via M. Colonna 3) and enrollment details are available on the organization’s website.
