Crosia completes school roof renovations before new term

The municipality of Crosia has completed structural renovations on the roof of the Via dell’Arte Comprehensive Institute. The project was finished according to schedule, ensuring the building is ready for students and staff before the start of the new school year.

Funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the extraordinary maintenance was designed to address critical issues including water infiltration caused by heavy rainfall and the risk of floor slab collapse. These structural problems had previously caused significant disruptions for students and faculty.

Crosia Mayor Maria Teresa Aiello stated that the administration is focused on concrete action and long-term urban redevelopment, despite recent local controversies. Councilor Giuseppe Pedace added that the municipality is prioritizing high-impact structural improvements to foster urban growth and safety across the territory.
