CrossFit Midtown announces community events and charity rowing challenge

CrossFit Midtown has announced several upcoming community events and fitness programming. A movie screening premiere for ‘Mutiny’ is scheduled for August 18th, with free tickets available for members.

On September 19th, the gym will host the Changemaker Challenge, a 10k rowing event held in teams of three at City of Refuge. All proceeds and donations from the challenge will support Noble Clay Fitness, an organization dedicated to improving access to fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching for underserved communities in Atlanta and throughout the country. The gym will be closed on the morning of the event.
