César Sánchez testifies in sexual harassment case involving Naldy Saldaña

César Sánchez Chavesta, former musical director of La Bella Luz, appeared before authorities at the Depincri in San Juan de Lurigancho to testify regarding sexual harassment and inappropriate touching allegations filed by singer Naldy Saldaña. Sánchez spent approximately four hours providing his version of events to investigators.

Following his testimony, Sánchez was confronted by members of the public at a shopping center, where individuals shouted insults at him.

Naldy Saldaña’s father, Gerardo Saldaña, traveled to Lima to support his daughter during the investigation. He stated that the family has had to suspend their work activities, including closing their cevichería, to remain by her side. He expressed the family's emotional distress and called for justice to be served in the case.
