The Community Technological Center (CTC) in Cabral, Barahona, has certified 140 participants following the completion of the Bootcamp Cabral Emprende 2026. As part of the 2026 Annual Operating Plan focused on innovation and inclusion, the event also marked the official swearing-in of the ICT Youth Community and the Youth Entrepreneurs Network. These initiatives aim to transform the CTC Cabral facilities into a collaborative co-working space and a hub for local productivity and development.

The institutional delegation included Manelix de León, Operations Coordinator, and Atahualpa Pérez, Center Management Coordinator, representing Director General Isidro Torres. Local execution was led by manager Karilissa Féliz and supervised by zonal coordinator Jerrifer de Jesús.
