CTM to expand Coahuila labor training model across Mexico
The Confederation of Mexican Workers (CTM) has announced plans to replicate a labor training and dialogue model from Coahuila across Mexico. During a session of the Tripartite Council of Labor Relations held at the Universidad Laboral de México 4.0 (UNILAM) in Saltillo, two new diploma programs were introduced to prepare middle management, supervisors, and human resources personnel for evolving workplace demands.
The programs, which include a diploma in Integral Management Development for Middle Management and another in Strategic Management of Labor Relations, aim to prevent conflicts by strengthening the relationship between companies and employees. CTM national president Tereso Medina Ramírez stated that the Coahuila experience, characterized by successful labor pacts and leadership training, will be adopted as part of the union's national strategy.
Representatives from Coparmex Coahuila Sureste emphasized that these initiatives are essential for regional labor stability, focusing on human-centric management to mitigate industrial disputes.
