Cuiabá City Council honors municipal tax auditors

The Cuiabá City Council held a solemn session to honor tax auditors and inspectors from the Cuiabá City Hall. The event, held on Monday (21), celebrated the Municipal Tax Auditor Day and included the presentation of motions of applause.

Among the honorees were 93 active and retired municipal tax auditors and inspectors. The ceremony also recognized 22 professionals from the Mato Grosso State Court of Accounts (TCE-MT). Officials noted that these roles are essential to public administration, specifically regarding tax inspection, legal compliance, and the generation of municipal revenue necessary for public investment.
