Cuiabá waste collection reaches 99% coverage

Domestic waste collection in Cuiabá has reached a 99% execution rate. The current operation involves 31 trucks, including five support vehicles, with an expected collection of approximately 550 tons of waste.

The service is monitored daily using a Heat Map tool to track team performance, adjust routes, and identify areas with high incidences of irregular waste disposal. The operation covers various neighborhoods, districts, rural communities, and major road corridors.

Recent developments also include expanded benefits for workers. Following category demands, a monthly snack voucher has been implemented for collectors, drivers, and other professionals. Additionally, the food allowance was increased from R$ 960 to R$ 1,100 this year, and vacation payments for workers starting leave this Monday have been regularized.
