Culiacán: Elderly man rescued after tree falls on car during heavy rain

An elderly man was trapped inside his vehicle in Culiacán after a tree fell on the car during heavy rain and strong winds. The incident occurred at the intersection of Avenida Insurgentes and Aguilar Barraza.
