Culinary professionals receive regional awards in Brazil

Several culinary professionals in Brazil have received significant regional recognition. In Palotina, Eliz Cantelli of Ateliê de Doces Eliz Cantelli was named the Best Confectioner of Palotina during the Prêmio Impacto 2026 ceremony held on September 12.

In São Paulo, the restaurant Miyabi was named the best Japanese restaurant in the city during its first year of operation. The establishment, a project by entrepreneur Fabio Ota and pastry chef Aya Tamaki, features an omakassê service led by Chef Rhaiza Zanetti. The restaurant's seasonal menu includes specialized dishes such as bluefin tuna and shrimp with bisque sauce.
