Culinary Week 2026 events held in Dominican Republic

Various culinary events titled ‘Culinary Week 2026’ are taking place in the Dominican Republic, featuring international chefs and diverse gastronomic offerings.

In Punta Cana, the Barceló Bávaro Grand Resort scheduled its eleventh edition of Culinary Week to run from October 18 to October 25, 2026. The program includes ten national and international chefs, themed dinners, and cuisine from Italy, Spain, France, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Featured participants include Luigi Puello and Ramsés Núñez, alongside professionals from the Occidental Caribe and Occidental Punta Cana hotels. The event includes dessert tastings and rum tastings aimed at both hotel guests and the local public.

Separately, the Lifestyle Hotel Group held ‘Culinary Week by Lifestyle’ in Puerto Plata from October 12 to October 17, 2026. This event focused on providing exclusive experiences for real estate owners, featuring a roster of international chefs from countries including Mexico, England, Canada, Barbados, Jamaica, Aruba, Antigua and Barbuda, Venezuela, and France. The programming included wine pairings by French enologist David Guilbault and various entertainment activities at venues such as Azul, Gourmet, and Sea La Vie.
