Spain hosts various regional gastronomy and music festivals
Various cultural and gastronomic festivals are taking place across Spain. In Jabugo, the second edition of Jamón Fest will be held on August 28 at the Recinto Ferial. The event combines music, tourism, and gastronomy, featuring artists such as Fuego, Doctor Bellido, and Charly Rodríguez. Local officials, including Mayor Gilberto Domínguez and Vice President of the Huelva Provincial Council Rocío Moreno, highlighted the festival's role in boosting regional tourism and celebrating the local ham industry.
Other regional events include the XXIII Festa do Pemento de Mougán in Guntín on August 29-30, featuring free tastings of Pemento de Mougán. In San Fernando, the eleventh edition of La Isla Ciudad Flamenca is entering its final week, with performances scheduled through August 31. Ayamonte is hosting its eighteenth Seafood and Ham Fair from August 26 to 28. Additionally, the 32nd Costa Brava Jazz Festival in Palafrugell is scheduled for October 7-11, with ticket sales beginning in late August. In Madrid, the seventh edition of the MAZO cycle will feature approximately one hundred concerts between July and March.
In the Costa Brava region, the jazz festival will include musical performances, cinema, and literature, with ticket sales for major concerts at the Municipal Theater already underway.
