Cultural exhibitions highlight Romanian traditions and Brâncuși's muses

Romania is hosting two significant cultural exhibitions. At Nopcsa Castle in Hațeg Land, photographer Sergiu Vințan is presenting ‘Tradiții din Ținutul Momârlanilor’. The exhibition features 21 images capturing the traditions of the Momârlani region, aimed at strengthening cultural and ethnographic links within Hunedoara County.

Additionally, the Art Safari New Museum will host the world premiere of ‘Brâncuși și muzele sale’ (Brâncuși and his Muses) from September 18 to December 20, 2026. Curated by Doina Lemny, the exhibition features 40 original photographs of Constantin Brâncuși discovered through archival research. The collection explores the artist's relationship with the women who served as his muses, including artists, writers, and dancers.
