Cultural festivals announced for Timișoara and Vaslui

The 16th edition of the independent theatre festival ‘25 de ore de teatru non-stop’ is scheduled to take place in Timișoara on October 3 and 4, 2026. Organized by Asociația Bis (Bis Teatru), the marathon will feature 20 events across 12 different city locations. A highlight of the program is the production ‘Lalele, păsări și beton’ by Reactor Cluj, which recently received two UNITER Award nominations.

In another cultural development, the 29th edition of the ‘Constantin Tănase’ Humor Festival in Vaslui is preparing for ticket sales. The program will be announced on September 2, 2026, with subscriptions becoming available on September 9. Subscriptions for the seven shows held between October 5 and 11 are priced at 500 lei, while individual tickets are 100 lei. The festival will also include two stand-up comedy performances that are not part of the standard subscription package.
