Cultural organizations in France announce October programming

Various cultural and community organizations in France have announced their programming for October.

La BIG has scheduled a diverse lineup including the “Fantasmes” exhibition by Mathilde Gérardeaux, participatory lecture-workshops on memory and family by Amandine Delord, and live readings organized by the Bibliothèque Départementale du Lot. The program also features the itinerant exhibition “Sanctuaire” by Solmiris, an ecological thriller titled “Jusqu’à la dernière goutte,” and theatrical performances such as “Les Eaux Vives.”

La Maioun is offering a range of community workshops and activities. These include intergenerational dance fitness sessions in Coaraze, pottery workshops, mushroom foraging, sewing, mosaic making, and a “dads' workshop” featuring a pizza party. Most activities are free for association members, with various sessions available for children, parents, and adults.
