CUPRA launches Raval, its first all-electric urban vehicle

CUPRA has introduced the Raval, its first 100% electric model manufactured at the Martorell plant in Barcelona. Positioned as the most affordable entry in the brand's catalog, the vehicle is designed for urban mobility.

The lineup includes several variants. The Raval Plus, expected to reach dealerships in September, features a 99 kW (135 CV) motor and an LFP battery providing 328 kilometers of autonomy. A basic version will offer an 85 kW motor with approximately 300 kilometers of range. Higher-end versions, such as the Endurance and VZ, utilize a 52 kWh NMC battery to achieve over 440 kilometers of range.

Measuring approximately 4 meters in length, the Raval is designed to navigate urban traffic easily while maintaining a distinct aesthetic, including a ‘shark nose’ front design and Matrix LED headlights. The model represents a strategic shift for the manufacturer as it expands its electric offerings.
