Cupra Leon VZx Sportstourer pricing announced for Australia

Cupra confirmed that the 2026 Leon VZx Sportstourer will be delivered in Australia beginning in September 2026, with a base price of $67,490 before on‑road costs. The performance wagon uses the same 2.0‑litre turbocharged four‑cylinder engine as the Volkswagen Golf R, delivering 245 kW and 420 Nm through a seven‑speed dual‑clutch gearbox, and accelerates 0–100 km/h in 4.8 seconds. It features torque‑vectoring technology that can send up to 50 % of power to the rear axle, improving cornering and exit speeds. The VZx offers 620 litres of boot space and is available with an optional Extreme Pack (additional $7,600) that adds upgraded brakes, matrix LED headlights and sport seats, as well as optional panoramic sunroof ($2,000) and matte paint ($2,650).
