CUPRA Raval compact electric vehicle launched in Spain

The CUPRA Raval is a new compact electric vehicle designed and manufactured in Spain using the Volkswagen Group’s MEB+ platform. Measuring approximately 4 meters in length, the vehicle is positioned as an urban electric car that offers more versatility than its dimensions suggest.

The Raval lineup includes different battery configurations. The Endurance version features a 52 kWh NMC battery providing up to 446 km of WLTP autonomy and 210 CV of power. The VZ version offers 226 CV, while the Raval Plus utilizes a smaller 37 kWh LFP battery. Despite its compact size, the vehicle offers five seats and a trunk capacity of 441 liters.

CUPRA reports that the Raval has achieved the strongest commercial launch in the brand’s history. The model aims to bring longer-range electric mobility to the urban segment without moving into the premium category.
