Cupra launches Raval Plus electric city car under €30,000

Cupra has introduced the Raval Plus, an entry‑level version of its compact electric city car. The model is equipped with a single 99 kW (135 hp) front‑motor and a 37 kWh lithium‑iron‑phosphate (LFP) battery, delivering a WLTP‑rated range of up to 328 km. Price starts at €29 530 before incentives; with the Spanish Plan Auto+ subsidy the net price falls to about €25 000, keeping the car below the €30 000 threshold.

The Raval Plus will be built at Cupra’s Barcelona plant and is slated for delivery from mid‑September. Standard equipment includes full‑LED headlights, 18‑inch alloy wheels, a 12.9‑inch Android‑based infotainment screen, a 10.25‑inch digital cockpit, and a suite of driver‑assist systems such as adaptive cruise control and lane‑keeping. Buyers can add three optional packs – Edge (wireless charging, digital key, V2L), Drive (advanced assistance and 360° cameras) and Light & Sound (Sennheiser audio and ambient lighting).
