Cycladic Biennale launches in Naxos with Square Lime sponsorship

The inaugural Cycladic Biennale, titled ‘What Re-mains’, is currently taking place in Naxos. This new international contemporary art institution aims to establish Naxos as a prominent destination for culture and creativity.

Square Lime is participating as the sole Premium Sponsor of the event. The sponsorship supports the initiative's goal of using culture as a pillar for sustainable tourism development and long-term competitiveness for Greek destinations. The Biennale is organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Naxos and Lesser Cyclades, under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports.

The event features exhibitions, lectures, educational workshops, and public actions designed to foster dialogue regarding memory, identity, and the ongoing transformation of the Cyclades. According to Square Lime, recent data from the first half of 2026 indicates a growing traveler preference for destinations with authentic identities and strong local character, noting that Naxos has seen a significant increase in interest.
