Czech district football leagues move to final round

District football competitions in the Czech Republic – covering the 8th, 9th and 10th leagues on the South Bohemian circuit – are entering their last round, deciding promotion and the champion of the lowest tier. A restructuring of the regional seventh league this season means five clubs will be relegated from the district contests.

Several matches produced striking scorelines. Borovany defeated Nemanice 9‑2, Čtyři Dvory B beat Bavorovice 8‑3, Úsilné routed Horní Stropnice 8‑0, and Sedlec B overwhelmed Chrášťany 9‑1. Other fixtures were decided by a single goal, and the overall average was nearly five goals per game.

A separate clash between Kralupy and Dobříš turned into a penalty saga, with seven spot‑kicks awarded amid heated accusations toward the referee. After a 2‑2 deadlock, Kralupy scored two more goals to secure a 3‑2 victory, ending the dramatic encounter.
