Czech youth and lower‑division football clubs claim victories in recent tournaments
The U13 Fosfa Cup held in Břeclav saw FK Pardubice win the final 1‑0 over Bohemians 1905, completing a tournament in which they did not concede a single goal. Ten teams from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria competed, with Pardubice finishing unbeaten and the hosts Břeclav placing sixth. The tournament organizer, Alexandr Hrabal, praised the high level of play, saying, "Finále bylo skvělé. Hrál se neskutečný fotbal."
In regional Division A action, Křimice secured a 2‑1 win against Přeštice in Milín, ending their season on a high note. Other match results included Tachov defeating Petřína 2‑1, Rokycany losing 2‑3 to Soběslaví, and Doubravka beating Přeštice 2‑1. Křimice coach Jan Kovář reflected, "Jsme rádi, že jsme sezonu zakončili vítězstvím," while Přeštice’s Jan Pavlík noted the difficulty of the season’s final games.
