Częstochowa parish and fire school host Catholic celebrations
The parish in Częstochowa published its weekly schedule, noting a Sunday mass at 16:40, the organist on leave, and several weekday masses without organ music. It announced upcoming pilgrimages to Dziekanowice, Lipnica Murowana and Siepraw, a children’s choir rehearsal, and special liturgies for families, novices and a regional day of gathering. The notice also referenced plans for a summer mass schedule, children’s retreats, and ongoing parish projects such as chapel modernisation and window replacement.
On 4 June 2026, the parish celebrated Boże Ciało with a Eucharistic procession that began at the local church and stopped at the Central School of State Fire Service in Częstochowa. An altar was set up in front of the school, attended by believers, firefighters, school staff and officials. A historic horse‑drawn fire pump served as a backdrop for the Blessed Sacrament, and the event highlighted the long‑standing link between the fire‑servicing community and Christian values.
