D ONE drone event to be held in Takatsuki, Osaka

The third round of D ONE, one of Japan’s largest drone events designed specifically for beginners, is scheduled to take place on December 12 and 13, 2026, in Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture. The event will be held at the Amami Ruins Park Bornelund Park Center.

Designed to promote the safe and enjoyable use of drones, the event features several activities including the third DJI NEO Grand Prix, a one-make race using unmodified DJI NEO drones. Other scheduled activities include drone programming flight experiences and mini drone shows, flight simulators for virtual pilot training, and drone basketball using small spherical drones.

Following previous rounds held in Takatsuki and Kaga City, this iteration aims to provide accessible experiences for individuals and families, emphasizing learning and recreational use over professional or military applications.
