Da Nang launches 6.2‑trillion‑dong Hòa Ninh eco‑industrial park

The Hòa Ninh industrial park, covering more than 400 ha in Da Nang, broke ground on 29 July with a total investment of VND 6.204 trillion. The project, led by Thanh Bình Phú Mỹ Joint Stock Company, is planned as an eco‑industrial, multi‑sector zone and will operate for 50 years after the state leases the land.

Located near Liên Chiểu deep‑water port, Da Nang International Airport and the city’s high‑tech and financial centers, the park is expected to become a modern logistics hub. When fully operational it aims to attract high‑technology firms and create more than 12 000 direct jobs, boosting industrial growth and municipal revenues.
