Da Nang is advancing major infrastructure and energy projects to support its economic transformation. This center aims to establish Da Nang as a hub for fintech, wealth management, and green finance. The city has signed over 20 memorandums of understanding with partners such as Binance, Tether, Bybit, and the Swiss Fintech Association. Between 2026 and 2030, the city intends to license international asset management companies and establish investment funds to mobilize between $1 billion and $4 billion annually for sectors including semiconductors, AI, and logistics.
