Da Nang launches 573 billion VND housing project for police

The Da Nang Police have officially commenced a housing project for members of the People's Public Security forces. The project, located in central Da Nang, involves an investment of over 573 billion VND to provide residential facilities for officers.

One specific component of the development is situated on Le Truc Street in Hoa Xuan Ward, covering an area of 12,709 square meters. This site is designed to accommodate approximately 1,504 officers through 493 apartments, including 468 social housing units and 25 commercial units. T&H Group Mien Trung has been appointed as the project developer.

The construction, which includes a 25-story building and one basement level, is expected to be completed and put into use by the fourth quarter of 2028. The initiative aims to stabilize the living conditions of police officers, allowing them to focus on national security and social order.
