Da Nang police honors and infrastructure development

Overview

The Da Nang City Police have received significant recognition and infrastructure support. On August 25, the force was officially awarded the title of ‘People’s Armed Forces Hero’ in a ceremony recognizing 81 years of service, including contributions during historical resistance wars and modern efforts to maintain national security and social order.

Following this recognition, the Da Nang Police commenced a 573 billion VND housing project intended to provide residential facilities for members of the People’s Public Security forces. Located in central Da Nang, the development includes a 25-story building designed to accommodate approximately 1,504 officers through 493 apartments. The project is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2028.
