Da Nang police conduct drug tests on Ngoc Linh ginseng workers

Police in Tra Linh Commune, Da Nang, conducted unexpected drug tests on 39 workers at Ngoc Linh ginseng gardens. All 39 individuals tested negative for illegal substances.

The inspections are part of an ongoing effort by the Da Nang Police to maintain strict anti-drug measures following a 45-day intensive campaign. In addition to drug testing, authorities used the opportunity to educate workers on drug prevention laws, raise awareness regarding the prevention of ginseng theft, and provide guidance on legal residency registration. The initiative aims to ensure security and order within the ginseng cultivation areas and prevent criminal activities from disrupting local production.
