Da Nang police fine five individuals for livestreaming public disorder
Five individuals in Da Nang have been fined between 15 and 30 million VND each for livestreaming scenes of public disorder, gatherings, and violence on TikTok to attract views and engagement.
Thanh Khe Ward Police identified the group after discovering footage of various incidents, including fights and disturbances, being broadcast live. The authorities have confiscated the mobile phones used in the acts and ordered the removal of the violating content from social media platforms.
