Da Nang to host festival honoring mi Quang culinary tradition

A festival dedicated to honoring mi Quang, a signature noodle soup from the Quang Nam region, will be held on August 14 and 15 in Da Nang. Organized by the Hoa Cuong Ward People's Committee and the Da Nang Gastronomy Culture Association, the event aims to promote the city's culinary image and boost local tourism.

The festival seeks to preserve traditional culinary heritage while establishing mi Quang as a representative tourism product. Activities will include an opening ceremony, recognition of outstanding mi Quang brands, tasting sessions, culinary demonstrations by artisans and chefs, and exhibitions of local specialties and regional ingredients.
